grouse grind

when I first did the Grouse Grind in September 2012 i thought it would be tough but it wasnt so bad. I made it up to the top of the mountain in 53 minutes with my friend richard (richie). at the end of the trip up the mountain it got harder and harder because you were out of breath and the humidity.
